Proper care ensures the longevity and beauty of your jewelry. We recommend storing your pieces in a clean, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergent can help maintain its shine. Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals and remove it before swimming or exercising.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page on our website for detailed instructions.

3. I'm having issues with my order, what should I do?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at thelux19brand@gmail.com within the first week of receiving your delivery and provide your order number. Kindly ensure that all items are kept in their original packaging along with the order slip to facilitate our investigation of the issue.

Should you find that your jewelry is defective, we will require you to return it to us using our prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt, we will promptly send you a replacement item.

4. My address is wrong, can this be fixed?
